Having previously driven the vision for Beyonce’s ‘Single Ladies’ music video, I was buzzed to be working with director Jake Nava on this spot for Guinness - also full of dance and shot in black and white. I led the VFX on this piece, primarily invisible set extensions, including a full build of a 1930s Broadway streetscape.

Guinness and AMV transport us back to 1930’s New York in this spot, for a nostalgic look back at the achievements of John Hammond in taking a stand against prejudice and breaking down racial barriers. Famed for discovering artists such as Aretha Franklin, Hammond played Jazz and featured black musicians on his radio show when no other station would.
